We have great team of caring professional receptionists. They have a difficult job to do with phone calls and enquiries from all directions. When telephoning for medical attention, the receptionists may ask for a few details. They have been trained to make these enquiries in order to help you in the most appropriate way.
The Practice has a zero tolerance policy. We would expect that all members of staff are spoken to and treated in a courteous manner, and we would endeavour to treat our patients likewise.
Violent or abusive patients will be requested to leave the premises and subsequently may be required to register with another Practice.
Criminal acts will be reported to the police.
